Food & Beverage Supervisor | Patterson Lakes

We are looking for an experienced Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Cove Hotel in Patterson Lakes. You will supervise the food and beverage department, ensuring all correct policies and procedures are followed and customer service is the highest priority at all times.The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.  What we are looking for:
  • Hands-on experience working in an F&B environment
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates
  • Ability to lead, motivate and manage staff effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
